The Dogwood Festival

We went to the Dogwood festival this past weekend. It was really fun.there were lots of people who came to our town to sell things. There was a train, and big trampoline toys, Jeremy got to pet baby Alpacas. There were all sorts of yummy things to eat. Jeremy got a bag of Kettle Corn...he ate the whole thing, and then had a tummy ache.



Naomi and Jacob thought it was boring so they slept most of the time. It was a really sunny hot day. Its a rainy day today, Jeremy and his friend Barrett played in the rain and splashed in puddles. They were both soggy and cold, but they sure giggled a lot when they were playing.

The market, park and THE ZOO!!

On Friday Mom took us all to the Farmer's Market.
Jeremy got a box of Craker Jacks and the Twins took a snooze. We also went to the Park twice that day! Mom said we were "spoiled"...whatever that means.There was an old man selling sweet potatoes,greens and flowers. He let mom take his picture.

Jeremy ate an apple on our walk to the park.
You can tell, it was a good apple.

We went to the Tulsa Zoo on Saturday. It was so much fun.
We saw Elephants, Rhinos, Giraffes, Sea Lions, Meerkats, Snakes,
Monkeys, Lions,Tigers, and Bears..Oh My! Jeremy ran around chasing
after the train that travels around the zoo. Jacob and Naomi napped
some, looked around some, and were very easy...it was a great
day. It was really sunny and after we went to the zoo we went
and got milkshakes at Sonic. The picture on the right is of Jacob
content to be in the stroller. He weighs 15.5 lbs now and is 26.5
inches. He is the bigger of the twins. Naomi weighs 14.5 lbs and is 25.5 inches.

Naomi is the observer but likes to scream we call her McScreamy, Jake is all smiles, unless he's hungry. At the zoo there were many turtles, Jeremy was fascinated with the turtles, he kept saying that Naomi looks like a turtle...but don't tell her that.

Craw fish!

Craw fish! Scary beady eyed scaly bugs... that you EAT! Dad and Mom are crazy to eat those scary mud bugs. We went to our friends house who is from New Orleans and they had a Craw fish boil. It was fun to watch, but Jeremy ate Spaghetti- Ohs, thank goodness for Chef Boyarde! We have new carpet in our house too, which means Jeremy can't have honey butter bread in the living room any more. Mom's birthday was last week, so we went to Red Robin and Jeremy got a balloon. We have had a busy week! Gotta run..

This is us on our walk. Mom pushes Jacob and Naomi and Jeremy walks Lucy...sometimes he forgets to hold the leash and just starts running, but Lucy waits for him to come back. Last night it snowed here, Jeremy was really excited. The weather here can be really strange. We can't wait until its nice again so we can go on more walks. We like Baby Einstein and all but its not as interesting.

Jacob and Naomi got their first taste of food on Wednesday. They made funny faces, but kept wanting more. Naomi eats very neatly, but Jacob is a slob. He eats some and then spits some out. Jeremy laughs at their silly faces. It's fun to watch them, can't wait until they try pickles for the first time.

It"s Super Tuesday!

Today mommy had all her mommy friends and their babies over for breakfast. It was fun, we got to see our friends. Jake is sad because he has a heat rash on his body. Arkansas is too hot for that white boy. Yesterday was fun because we went to the park. Jeremy played, while Jacob napped and Naomi just watched. We had an easter egg hunt too and that was so fun...well for Jeremy. He ate a lot of candy, and was running around like a crazy kid, then he skinned his knee and cried, but he was fine. We have been going on walks everyday with our Dog Lucy. It is fun to see the flowers and trees and the big blue sky. Well thats all for now , its nap time.
